Where We Provide HVAC Service in the Fox Valley

Elgin

Elgin is next door to our shop, and it is where the company name comes from. We handle everything from furnace repair to ductless mini splits in older homes without ductwork.

South Elgin

Our shop is at 695 Schneider Dr in South Elgin, so our South Elgin customers are often our closest calls. Stop by if you want to see where the ductwork gets made.

Streamwood

Streamwood is about ten minutes east of the shop. It has a lot of boiler and heat pump work, which is why it has its own page: heating and cooling service in Streamwood.

Hoffman Estates

We service furnaces, air conditioners and maintenance plans throughout Hoffman Estates. Many homes here were built in a similar era and remodeled differently since, so we size replacement equipment to the house as it is today.

Bartlett

Bartlett homeowners call us for furnace and AC repair, seasonal tune-ups and replacements. Finished basements and additions are often a good fit for ductless systems.

St. Charles

From older homes near the river to newer subdivisions, we handle heating and cooling repair and replacement across St. Charles.

Carpentersville

We cover Carpentersville for furnace repair, AC service and replacement. If one room has never been comfortable, the ductwork is often the reason, and we can fix it.

Algonquin

Algonquin homeowners rely on us for heating and cooling repair, annual maintenance and properly sized system replacements.

Dundee

We serve East Dundee and West Dundee, including older homes with radiators and newer forced-air construction. Each needs a different approach, and we carry the parts for both.

Campton Hills

Campton Hills has larger lots and a wide mix of homes. We service furnaces, heat pumps and air conditioning throughout the village.

Hampshire

We make the drive to Hampshire for furnace and AC repair, maintenance and replacement, including newer subdivisions and older farmhouses.

We have had amazing service from Elgin Sheet Metal. They originally installed our system when our house was built in 1991 and have since put in our new system about 5-6 years ago. Over the years, they have been excellent and timely on service and we highly recommend them. Recently, we had a capacitor replaced in our condenser. They came out right away and the service was great. I want to put out a plug for our Service Tech, Abby. She is wonderful, knowledgeable, and follows ups consistently to schedule appointments within our schedules. Again, if you your looking for a quality and service minded provider for new installs and service, please reach out to Elgin Sheetmetal. Dave

Gabby was very professional and was able to repair our air conditioning unit quickly right before the July 4th holiday. Thanks Elgin Sheet Metal! Mike and I highly recommend your company.

Sarah Hauserman

Woke up to our heat not working and they were able to come within a couple hours to fix it. The woman, I believe her name was Gabby, who showed up was very professional. She diagnosed the suspected issue but ran though multiple other scenarios to be sure before taking everything apart. She was able to replace the blower motor and get my house warm again. Very happy with the work and will definitely us Elgin Sheet Metal for future issues.

We recently had our HVAC system replaced by Elgin Sheet Metal. We live on the sixth floor of a condo, so it was not a simple job. Pat and Lance handled the logistics and installation of the system and they are truly professionals. From the initial quote to the insulation of the new system was only about a week. Crazy fast. The team is highly knowledgeable and polite, I would highly recommend this company.

Larry Stanley

Good friendly service. Came out when I called and had an excellent technician preform the work. Highly recommended

I call for an estimate because our furnace was coming up to 24 years old and didn't want it to break down this winter. A gentleman showed up right on time and began to work up an estimate. In conversing with the person, I find out it's the owner of the company, when does that ever happen. Two weeks later Arron showed up to replace our system, within a few hours later he had the new air conditioning. He cleaned up and said he would be back tomorrow. The next day he had the whole system up and running. Arron also assisted with the new programmable thermostat. Then two days later we had all of our paperwork in the mail with great instructions for submitting the paperwork for our rebates. I would definitely use them again they were efficient, and got the work done on time. When you call for service they are so easy to work with, call and set up a time to come out and they are right there. Great service!

Absolutely wonderful service. Timely manner, great attitude, reasonable prices. My clients needed new furnace and central a/c installed, they were offered a few quotes, the whole job took less than a week. Unreal!!!
